Sparkle Of Deep Night
During a celebration of festival,
The lonely street becomes a bride,
With many decorative bulbs around,
Sound of night catches sparkle.
Song of beauty holds a lotus
And a banana tree stands up,
Colour changes from green to orange,
Under the deep green tree sun appears.
Road is separated by two white lines,
Houses are sleeping in both sides,
But two men are walking towards
Bright light house to perform magic,
Sparkle of night sparkles love
Welcoming strangers into new house,
Deep night sings with tender voice,
We feel that cascade of light flows,
Blowing beauty's horn near ears,
Sparkle appears still celebration.

A lovely poem. I liked how the great Poet described a lonely street, likened it with a bride. A vivid depiction of the festival that conveys to the readers the culture and lifestyle of his beloved city. Beautifully crafted and well executed write.
