Soylent Green And Charlton Heston Poem by Michelle Baharier

Soylent Green And Charlton Heston

Soylent green and Charlton Heston
Is not the Solent green of the protest movement
No matter
Just concern over population growth and are insatiable need to eat
Its not the Rainbow worrier saving whales
There's the green of food....
or the Soylent green you eat
And oh my God did Charlton Heston find out

There's spring and the vibrant green of nature
The Chlorophyll a pigment transformed by photosynthesis
There's the Green Man
A Pub in every town
There's the Green man in all variations
sprouting vegetation from his orifices,
a reminder of our mortality,
A Pagan reminder of laws older and natures reminder of cycles of birth and death that go and on

The Green King is not just the beer
that absorbs red blue light
its hotels restaurants and beer
or Nagare in Japanese with supper powers

The green man
The god of yesteryear
The symbol of the growth the word unknown and interchangeable with blue sometimes mixed with yellow

The holly twisted into ivy
The evergreen Kingdom of nature's prolific growth
The sights of spring re-birth and vitality
In England's green and pleasant land
The reaction of light giving birth to life
and life its reason to exist

Green is the colour of growth
The colour of jealousy and envoy
The colour of money a pound note and a 1 dollar bill
A distinction between a garden neatly grown,
Or over run with weeds,
Some call it a wild flower bed
Or one who can not be bothered who

Oh Mary Mary quit contrary how does your garden grow
With cockle shells and bell-bells all in tidy row

Green eyes are made up by your melanine and only 2% of people have them
They are know as the most beautiful
Yet spoken of as jealous eyes despite green being the colour of growth
How green is your grass
Of courses it is always greener on the other side
And the person will have green fingers knows were and how to find and grow our food the most basic of needs the most underpaid

The colour of the Chest charka is green not red its the Cool clarm and time to breath reflection

The green gods are the green movement
Not a blowe extraction
There extintionc rebeilllion all consuming green captailisom
Green movements and unleaded green petrol or gas are interchangeable
Eletric cars are green energy powered by Necular energy which is not a green waste gas! !
Biomass was Green now its not CO2 emmission are on que
All is not greener on the other side of green
Extinction rebellion say we have twelve years.... left to love and to live
I have green fingers and I can dress in army green as camouflage...........
Does that make me green?
