Souls Of War Poem by Caleb Crow

Souls Of War

Into space I stare,
Listening to the voices in the air,
Pondering in my mental cage.
Spawning fear like the jaws of hell,
Revealing long and bitter rage.

I find that I question existence,
Falling faster into pretence.
As the lie of man cuts like a knife.
Mover faster than sound, quicker than light,
Pushing at the speed of life.

Realizing that truth is a fallacy,
And perception is the only reality.
I fail to find my worth.
As my soul is in deep turmoil,
Trying to keep my head above the dirt.

Law is a situational frame,
And love although different falls the same.
I can't walk the road as it bends.
The dark has consumed my heart,
And as I rush straight I find the end.
