Soul Mate Poem by Shane Sangster

Soul Mate

One silent soul,
Just recovered from pain,
Wandering alone,
Coming out of the rain.
Towards the light,
Of a distant silhouette,
Life silently planning,
The day that we met.
Coming together,
Merging as one,
2 smiling souls,
Our story begun.
Not even death can ruin our story,
Our love lasts past this life,
And the one before me.
How can anyone's love be so strong?
Buy my love for you,
Goes on and on.
One soul and two bodies,
Relying on fate,
To bring us together,
You, my soul mate.
