Sorrow Poem by Guy Richard Baldwin

Sorrow

Dark Mournful skies weep
For a soul to gentle
This souless world to keep
There bitter tears
Into sacred soil seep
Where you, sleep your endless sleep.
So black brooding sky
Hear my call
And let your heavy burden fall,
For no poets written word
Can better say
What the world crying with me
Shall,
This stark sorrowful day.
