Song Of Innocence Poem by Azer Reza

Song Of Innocence

Good friends, please do not read,
If not intended for thee.
For I would bask and drink mead,
Rather than care for a fee!

A bullfrog croaked in the rain,
And there were no crows in the sky.
What for the frog craoked- joy or pain,
Only another frog could say!

A lark flew out in the air
Whilst it was still raining.
A kitty crawled out of nowhere
To join the bullfrog's training.

A puppy joined the game,
And there were many more.
To add to their name,
Would take people from door to door!

In the rain, in that sweet moment,
When no species differed from another,
And no one had any plaint
To dislike their brother.

The bullfrog croaked, the kitty mewed,
The lark sang, the puppy yelped,
And all of it was a song skewed;
The Ignorant (I am sorry) can't be helped!
