things suddenly begin to change
somewhere, somehow
My feelings became rearranged
love does not abide like it use to
but it is only me, not you

Somewhere, somehow
My love became untrue
Hold on to what's good for you
That's what momma would say
but the love I once had in my heart
has made me change my way

Up from the shadows of eternity
I promised you a lifetime
But our love somewhere, somehow
has lost it's lifeline.
I have broken many promises
and made my love untrue
I know that it is not right
but sadly that is all i can give to you
