Somewhere Poem by Christopher's Dead

Somewhere

Rating: 5.0

Somewhere I hear the resonance
Two bodies close in each other’s arms
Hands run down legs like water on rubber
Tongues rapt around hours of ecstasy
Two always together, closeness in corpse
Where there is true joy is not always true love

Once in a great while
Fears of lust put to rest
Sweat made to one, mixing feelings
Do they know how they truly feel about it

Somewhere I smell the fragrance
Of chafed flesh poisoned with blood
Cold after a hot rush of cardio resistance
Dead after a misunderstood laugh
Grope upon the moment, just to feel alive
Where there is true joy is not always true love

Hasting blush into
Matrimonial tests
Impulse takes bliss to permission
To placing offers where sunlight seldom shines

Gazing into a blank desire
Seeing brick walls behind a glassy smile
Never touching souls, only unspeaking
Repression leaves drying alone a lot worse

Somewhere I hear a conversation
Two bodies close in each other’s arms
Thoughts of love and life released like a fountain
Realizing the fate the they were meant for
Two always together, closeness in heart
Where there is true love there’s always true joy
