Sometimes I Feel! Poem by Ashley Carlisle

Sometimes I feel like a motherless child.

Sometimes I feel like a fatherless child.

Even when I'm glad I'm sad.

Hope brings back memories of my dad.

How my dad used to yell and shout.

Now my dads gone with the memories and all.

Sometimes I feel like I'm falling into the darkness.

The darkness that leads to hell.

Sometimes I don't care.

But then I look up into the sky.

And see the birds fly.

Fly away from the problems.

Sometimes i wish i was them.

But then i see a light, which is in a tunnel.

I walk and walk and closer and closer i get.

To where i'll go i'll never know.
