Something Happened Today Poem by Terence George Craddock

Something Happened Today

Rating: 5.0

something happened today
somewhere in this world
somewhere in this universe
somewhere in the totality of creation...

I felt it in my unease
I felt it in my displacement
I felt it in my drift slip seismic soul
I felt it in every fibre of my emphatic being...

in the morning the sun in heat was hot
in the evening the night cloudy starless was cold
in the horizon elevated sky yesterdays sparkle rainbow star
in yellow green red rainless flooded in unmoving foreboding ease...
