Solitude And Silence Poem by Kishan Shetty

Solitude And Silence

Of all vistas, solitude relates to silence,
In a prominent way they share an obeisance.
They sometimes lament us while sometimes elate.
Rifting their proximity is not possible.....
and to hinder via obstacle we're not able.

Solitude is neither lonely.....nor mum
but, spending time with oneself, when
one is lonesome.
It is time that confines them in a mass,
and their strength is what our mind can't determine.
When both are combined, they become divine....
and even the strongest one of all has to bow; the TIME.

Silence on other hand brings solitude and
while sitting idle one has nothing to do.
It is something that cannot be dropped,
yet can fall....
But together they stand very tall.
In fact, solitude and lull has millions of eyes
though one can't heed; it; s merely a lie.

With a rope of fate they are tethered....
when one is lost, the other shatters.
Silence is more musical than any song and
to no one it belongs.
Even shadow elopes when murk signs in...
so, solitude is the sagacious truth of a being.

Solitude and lull can turn things upside down,
they can ravage and can frown...
loneliness may came and it may go,
no one predict when it may show!
For solitude and silence, I bend on my knee,
For loneliness and lull, to God I plea....;
THEY should be far away from me!
