Solitude Poem by Raberst Hemago

Solitude

Rating: 4.8

I've grown to favor solitude,
No longer does solace visit me.
No longer must I succumb to others
Nor endure the insensitive,
When I'm in solitude.

In lieu, I now theorize
And find my own dimension,
Where succor roams in abundance.
And compassion is found in the wind.

Lament falls from the trees; no longer does it burden one.
Pique is never inflicted, and
We're ravished by rays of the sun.

My cordial home could never be replicated by man.
I stand at the crossroads of two reversed lands.
When I'm in solitude.

A well articulated and nicely penned piece in poetic diction. Solitude can bring the desired peace of mind and can as well provide a conductive environment for creativity. Lovely. Thanks for sharing. Please read and rate my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.

The word 'Solitude' always attracts me, so has your poem. It's beautiful, I gave it 10/10. The very first stanza makes an innocent declaration. This should be a great delight to the silence seekers to read this. The second and the third stanzas give an insight to the bliss of solitude, well described. The last stanza is a poetic philosophy, the readers should feel strong empathy when they wear your shoes.
