Soldier (Dedicated To Soldiers All Around The World)
All I have around me is soldiers who are just like me
I had to leave my sons and daughters.
Leave my mother and father.
Just to serve this country and protect these citizens.
Is there some other way to pay this price that I have chosen?
I don’t know if I can fight anymore.
I don’t know if I can bear not to see my family.
I don’t know if I can miss my sons and daughter’s birthdays.
Oh god, please just come and help me.
Just let me know I will be okay.
Here I am, just a soldier who longs to be back home.
Like all the other soldiers here.
We just want to serve our country at the same time.
All I have is the pride inside of me knowing I am helping and saving the world…
It's for this very reason...that we should never forget our fallen brothers....through all...they stood their ground and fought with their heart and soul....In battles not known to all.....but when history gets re-written....these proud men and women...should be remembered for there quest for PEACE in the crazy place we are forced to call home..............thanks for this Casey.....10 best wishes Jon.
