Smile For Tomorrow Poem by Abby Bilan

Smile For Tomorrow

Rating: 5.0

Behind your eyes, I see
Your love, your pain
You are safe, in thee
Your grace bonds your name

Dear Ishaan,
Shed your tears
You’re a brave boy, I say
You stand and shout with no fears
Stare forward the day

Be tough, it’s enough
No one can deprive thee
Be open, be solemn
For your future to be
Glorified, modified

In your palms, I feel
Your mischief is for good
Today, you’re down
But tomorrow you’ll heal
Into the living might, no rude
So wear the crown

When you’ve found bliss
Is when you’ve found your purpose
So smile
To start a million mile

Boy, you sink loss for all
Today, you’re broken
But tomorrow you’ll cure
Today, you’re down
Tomorrow
You’ll arise and raise
The nation
For no downfall
Can make you stare
To no where

Never ever end your joy
For you serve as a live picture
For the next mourning future

It's somewhat a film analysis for 'Like Stars on Earth' but it's more of my personal message for the lead role.
