Smart Poem by Haruna Garba

Smart

Smart!
And smart - what could you be?
When evil has been sown
And its track buried whole
That must be you
None could be any the wiser

Yeah! That is what you are
When the eyes strike culdesac
Stuff of laughter turn legal legs
Justice denied its normal norm
Such is you dear pepper smart

The sting of ginger you are
A quince for trackers tongues
They bite into you last thing
One jump ahead does you shield
In that game of the smart two

Smart in evil and wickedness turns foolishness at the end.
