You rest your head and stop blinking,
A shortcut too thinking,
Out come all the thoughts day keeps lock inside,
Here come the nightmares as you run and hide,

Open your eyes! ! ! ! ! ,
The only way to stop hearing the cries! ,
Your awake as the world is asleep,
But cant stop these thoughts as they creep! creep! creep! ,

You flee to the hills till morning light,
Your sanity has won this fight,
But the nightmare starts again tomorrow night....
