Sister Poem by Nicholas Wayde Turner 24

Sister

There is something I did that you don't know about.
I'm not sure how to tell you without any chaos.
I've lived with this secret for far too long.
I've lived in guilt every day since I did what I did.
You lost what was important to you because of me.
You lost her friendship because of me.
Your life changed after that night.
Your fears and doubts grew stronger and stronger.
I knew what I did was wrong.
But at the time I didn't care.
God, please give me the strength.
God, please help me tell my sister what I did.
God, please help her forgive.
