Silence Poem by Milica Mitrovic

Silence

Rating: 5.0

I’ll come, I feel soon
Across this wall, all built of pain and shame
Standing quietly, strong like a Monolith
Spreading the Shade far beyond the end of sight
Today has died Yesterday
burying the Mother
To prolong the life of Shade
Like trees along the wall is longing toward Sun
And feeds the Shade until the Sun sets
And Today dies again.
I’ll bury it inside me just like Yesterday
For me!
I’ll come, I feel soon
To emrace the earth wich sleeps in Shade of fear,
In Shade of pain
Knowing I’m alive
’Till the Mother’s sight is alive
In me!
