Sidetracked

Orgy rhymed with metallurgy
tempts to metallorgy;
gorge with scourge
to scorge.
Vice versa,
orgy could be urgy
and gorge gurge.

Same for bother and other

and both and moth,
and math and wrath.
Before you know it,
wrath is rhyming with both,
moth with math,
and psycho-path
is -poth and -poath.
