Shining Like A Star Poem by Rachel BaByBeAr Anderson

Shining Like A Star

In the distant she shines
Her green eyes sparkle.
He bounds to her side
like a dog to his master.
Emotions burning off him,
surrounding us in an instant,
encircling and twining us into a hug.

She's so perfect.
Her eyes, her smile.
Yet she doesnt see it.
He flies around, searching
waiting for her shield to falter.
It never will, when will he learn?

Like an angel from heaven, she
glows.
Her happiness catching all
holding them in place and binding them there.
Her gift.

Shining like a girl
Shining like an angel
Shining always,
like a star.
