Shine On Me Today
Life is hard,
So I've learned,
Even though I'm young.
I've begged for money,
Slept on streets,
The journey of life's begun.
Everyday,
I think to myself,
Please let me be okay.
When the sun comes out,
All I say is,
'Shine on me today! '
i wake up each morning.. just to wish my day would be ok... and let the sun shine on you everyday... take care.. very nice poem.
