She Or Me?
You reawaken her love for you
instilled in her mind that she's
the most beautiful in your eyes
poetry of trees, birds and skies
why wouldn't she believe you?
your lips so skilled in words
any woman would feel it's true
sweet tune of strings and chords.
she felt alive with pure elation
eagerly wanting to shout to all
who dare listen pure indignation
heart filled with fire and emotion
this is also how you made me feel
I thought your love is mine still
which of the two pledges is real?
you said it is your own free will
oh what kind of a twisted mind
does one derives a pleasure
in playing this kind of game
any award you wish to attain?
you felt so high as two women
you think are fighting over you
Adonis of present life so true
you've no shame for this fame
feeling like a demigod you are
feeding masculinity this way
I do not fight for your love
I fight for respect I deserve
if a question is to be asked
who you would rather choose,
tell me, will it be she or me?
I know it'll be the other girl,
as you've done constantly, secretly,
cruelly, treated me this way...
Sentiments of longing and betrayal expressed quite beautifully. This is also a study in human psychology. Thanks for this insightful poem.

Pheonix1, you are welcome...I dont want you put your trouble with you for more when you pick someone is not right, it maybe not worth for you...you have a such long beautiful life to live for many years, i dont dare to give an order but i tell you because its not right if i see something may hurt you and i do nothing... i mean at this time, you have to pick to build your life better with people who really appreciate you...there are many out there :) There always many reasons to hurt, but have right to avoid if we could it from happen. stay bright and be blessed
Is it okay for you to sacrifice the feeling, is it fine to you to live in between..of undecided heart, of this time that you keep on waiting...I afraid if he chose you, will he be loyal still, if he chose her why you still ask for his... Have some loves for your lovely life...you are worth for something, someone that treat you better
