Shakesbridge

In The Winter's Tale:

'twasn't so much far-fetchedness
made Shakespeare quake
at bringing back Mamillius
on top of his mother
after sixteen years dead
and having a truly happy ending;

'twas fear of his critics dismantling the -peare
and replacing it with -bridge
that shook his head;

what's more,
'twasn't out of constancy to thievery
that Autolycus didn't inform the king
of Florizel's deception;

'twas knowledge he could more booty tease
from knowledge the prince was a thief
than ever he could
by informing King Leontes.
