Shadows

  The sun
Setting over the horizon
Casting shadows
That illuminate the viewers mind
The viewer
Gazing up at the sun
Helplessly upon this earth
Never able to touch what lies beyond
But one day
These two will mingle
The viewer reaching out for the sun
And grasping the shadows he could never find
