Serenity Tryst Poem by Barry Middleton

Serenity Tryst

when fear fades away
and acceptance begins
life becomes a little easier

but it takes the stinger
from the bee
life becomes vulnerable

with that
I realize how precious
is each breath I take

do not be concerned
I am not dying yet
this is where I want to be
