Serenity (Acrostic) Poem by Bryce Edward Coast

Serenity (Acrostic)

S-eagulls floating on the air, calling out, in revelry

E-bb and flow of ocean tides, that gently come and go from thee

R-elaxing music, or a laugh, that gives you comfort when you hear it

E-nlightenment you get from poetry, enlightenment of spirit

N-ervous system being settled by a therapeutic kiss

I-t's fireflies and crickets, on midsummer nights, true bliss

T-he tender glow in loved ones' eyes after you've had the longest day

Y-our happy place, it's order, to a life in disarray
