I loved you even when I did not know you
And not knowing whether you would love to be loved haunted me daily
But in my heart I knew you were the woman for me
For you make me the man I wish to be without doing anything
What then will you do when you put your hands on me
How I wish I could have known you before

In loving you I have found my peace.
For in holding you in my heart I hold you down
When I hold you down I hold you up

They say the eyes are the window to ones soul
So my love gaze into my eyes and see my soul
While you look can you see you have given me the courage to be
