Sea Waves Poem by Tony Adah

Sea Waves

The sea visits the land
In bright brow and in anger
It rises to welcome those who can
clasp the waves and raise their head
But it taunts those who once in
Look for the shark's stomach
And are no more seen
Than disappear and get the first
And the second swallow in two places.
