Sea Horses
Close your eyes and listen,
To the waves lapping on the shore.
The velvet sky is glistening,
With stars and clouds that soar.
A bridge of silver across the waves,
Shimmers and glows in the night.
But far below in the sea,
Are the horses hidden from sight.
One day they will all rise up,
And crash onto the sand.
With fluid coats and foaming manes,
The horses will join the land.
