School Dance
last night was our school dance,
I saw you, but you didn't see me.
You where with another girl,
so confused, so un-free.
What did I ever do to you,
did I not love you enough?
At least I know, i got to go,
It's just been too tough.
I danced all night
out of sight,
not at all
feeling right.
You caught me watching
for a second or two
you tried to explain
but it was no use.
