Yesterday I loved you
Today is the same
Life with you has been-Bliss
Even through the rain.
Pictures of where we’ve been
Memories of you being there
Your cries I hear alone in the nights,
I know it’s because of sacrifices made.
So I sat down for a while,
In a state of self denial.

But looking back on our journey
I know it’s been worth the miles.
Still counting the years
Awaiting us are sad and happy tears.
No matter what, just call and I’ll be there.
This is just for you, mother, just for you
Because this time
I remember to say-I love you.
