SAFE AND A BIG THANK YOU!

When I woke up my friend would be there,
Warm and dry but I didn’t care.
He helped me up and he helped me sleep,
My 500ml can I thought was right for me.
A quid from the shop wasn’t a lot,
But it soon added up and I didn’t have a lot.
That didn’t matter I knew there was more,
All stacked up in four till they reached 24.
I was buzzin a nice phat crate.
But two unit’s a time going into my body surely
was doing something dodgy.
So I cut them out and stayed with the vodka.
Vodka was phat it made me relax.
But soon I was alone drinkin in me room with just the TV ‘n’ me cat.
Mates tried to get me out,
But I’d just shout
‘I’ll be out in a bit’
But they knew I’d just sit.
Just sit on my own drinking alone.
But now I’m no longer alone.
I’ve met great mates,
N a girl who’s safe me main gal trace.
I’ve learnt so much since I’ve been here,
But most of all I’ve learnt I no longer need a beer!
So big it up to da Middlegate crew, with all your help I’m getting through.
