Romans 13: 8 Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Romans 13: 8

Of those who dwell in tents and have livestock,
Of those who play the harp and the flute,
Of those who write poetry and sing songs for others,
Concerning our works and the toils of our hands in this world;
'Owe no man anything'!
Except to love one another:
For he who loves another has performed the law.

I stand upon the sand of the sea with my words,
And i am about to give out my oratory;
But i am like a leopard with the feet of a bear,
And i will always speak for others to learn from.
