An eastern black rhinoceros
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
Sometimes outside he made a fuss,
Because he was a rhino who
Doted on all attention got
By keepers when he was inside.
The keepers spoiled Ricko a lot.
Attention getting he sure tried.
Three thousand pounds he was a joy
For the keepers to take care of,
Easy to pamper this big boy,
Many years of mutual love.
Ricko the rhino's passed away.
Ever fond memories will stay.
