you mean the world to me and a little more
so why did you have to walk out that door
two gangs was shooting down the street
the end of your life, you would soon meet
never thought i'll see that day
my arms around you while you decay
i didnt even have the chance to say goodbye
time after time i ask God why?
why did he take my angel away
but time after time he had nothing to say
i only pray it was for the best
tears flooding my face as i lay you to rest
i have to take your heart from mine and let it release
but until then goodbye, i love you and rest in peace
