Republic Day Poem by Upendra Majhi

Republic Day

A lady from cemetry keeper communitybecame a sarpanch,
it became a big news in the social equality manch
and we are on 81st year of independence.
The so called group in the outskirt,
Not a single one isthere in the House,
landed gentry and power elites are there.
the wind istaken out of the sail of social equality
by the scheduled clause.
protecting them within theprotection will be wise.
