Letting go
Of thoughts that cause pain
Putting them in a box
Labeled… don’t complain
Carrying them out
To the curb
Waving bye-bye
Hang a sign…do not disturb
Replacing ache with faith
Filling the void
Growing stronger…
Knowing what to avoid
