Remembering All Of You Poem by Ray Hansell

Remembering All Of You

Driving down the highway
My mind wanders free
Remembering all the places
Where life has taken me

Looking back over the years
I really have no complaints
But I must admit
I never lived as a saint

I did my share of things
Through my growing years
But I never hurt anyone
Maybe caused a few tears

To all the people I have known
I owe so much to you all
You all taught me so many things
You were there to catch me when I'd fall

This long and lonely highway
That's now taking me back home
Was always so dependable
Whenever my heart needed to roam

But I'm almost there now
As my journey nears it's end
I had a wonderful time
Shared with a life time of friends
