world for nothing,
remember me, I could sing for you,
would that mean anything
When nothing seems to put a lovely
smile on your pretty face,
remember me, I could write a
poem, and hold you in my embrace
When everything is in disarray and
you want to be left alone,
remember me, we could always talk
and laugh over the phone
Be mad at everything or anyone for
no justifiable reason
but always remember that like the
artless sincerity of a child,
I'll be here to share in all your
moodswings and low moments.
