Remember, Death Poem by Ada Mae Compton

Remember, Death

Remember, Death, you
do not win, you
are not victorious, you
have already been
overruled.

You
are harm
full of tear
full of hard
nights.

Remember, Death, you
do not last, you
are not permanent, you
have already been
swallowed.

You
are pain
full of wrong
full of dark
days.

Remember, Death, you
do not defeat, you
are not successful, you
have already been
negated.
