What is Reiki, I hear you ask
I'll try to answer, so your doubts will pass
How can it heal, from where does it start
First, it must come from within your heart
Unconditional love, is what you must give
Through your hands, so that others may live
Balanced in harmony, being their goal
In mind, and body, spirit and soul
Reiki is an energy, of untold power
Yet delicate as the petals, of the smallest flower
A universal life force, into which we can tap
One touch of my hands, will give you a zap
It can't be seen, and there is no sound
Like the change of seasons, or the world turning round
To become a Channel, thru which Reiki may pass
Great Spirit will guide you, to just the right class
A Master, teacher, is whom you must find
To receive your attunements, takes but moments of time
Sometimes you will see, hands that are shaking
Small proof of experience, of Universal vibrations
A healing modality, to be used, for the highest good
Of all concerned, as always, one should

An excellent teaching of Reiki. I have read your words with great interest. I have also visited a Kinesiologist on several occasions who also uses Reiki. It is a wonderful healing process. Thank You
