The injured snapping turtles, two,
Did have their injuries cared for
By folks at the Lincoln Park Zoo,
Then back to live their lives once more.
The South Pond at Nature Boardwalk
Was turtlely perfect to be
A snapping turtle roll and rock,
Full of wildlife diversity.
Into the pond the turtles go,
Through the waters they both can roam.
Not very often will they show
Their shells, being down deep at home.

Enjoying their new habitat,
The snapping turtles do snap chat.
