It was a magnificent parade
Of a Native American Style
If you get a chance, folks
Stop and watch it for awhile
They dress in native costume
Extravagant and unique
Bringing back ancient times
It is tradition that they seek
Headdress in brilliant colors
Leather and many feathers too
A well thought out parade
Created just for you
Little children look so precious
In their finest vibrant clothes
Have they been saved from the past
Or newly made do you suppose?
And the music – oh the music
Why it gives you dancing feet
There is nothing that is like it
It has a extraordinary kind of beat
So if you get a chance, remember
To see a Red Earth Power parade
It’s all about tradition
And it will never ever fade!
