Was that all with you even true
Wasn’t I only trying to develop it
Afraid of losing your attention
Maybe I needed your praise
Filling the bottomless void
Screaming for fun and passion

Weren’t you meant only
To reaffirm my appeal
Hadn’t I only been simply bored
And keen on change
So welcoming the wizard
Of my uttermost needs

How can I be sure
That it wasn’t just an attempt
To increase your affection
So it would grow into
An instant result
Having taken all my worries away

Maybe I really
Was making it bigger
Than it actually was
Hoping that could overtake you
And make me feel admired
Or simply worthed
