Rape The Rapist Poem by Abayomi Okemakinde

Rape The Rapist

So bitter than the Heart can nurse
Thousands of Sorry cannot stop the malady
No Amount of Money can buy back from the lost or
Amount of tears that will bath out the entire psychic trauma or
Pitiful Condolence Regards that can be of help to such wounded blood
That A monster of remorseless cruelty Rapist
Cooked with its act of ruthless ferocity
In the heart of our innocence

It’s not really what it takes to stand again that Matters
Nor how far to go to wipe out the ugly scene
Nor time to wait for smell of a new life
Nor the forgiveness from the truest heart
But Remember, the memory is never lost
Till the time to volitionally try it for any best known reason(s)
And One Question That Still troubles the Brain is
What will be running the mind then?

Let accept that Wickedness must be the cause and
absence of spiritual Values can also stood behind the devilish act
But do we have control over the Immoralities that spread in the air
The Magazines and Videos of Phonography Parading
In The Schools, Houses, Groups, among our friends
And all sort of Cloths we put on our youngsters
All in the name of so call Fashion and Civilization
That can in no excuse call the sinful Attention of Our Rapist

And Today, The Phobia of being raped now grows so high
That even a day old babies are victims of such diabolic act
That could have eradicated if not ended long ago
If our government has pass a law of death as a consequence,
A continuum Prayers from our Spiritual Leaders,
Foundation of Virtues in our Homes
And A Very Helpful Lectures from the Schools
We would have Raped Our Rapists Far Back.

Sometime Parent ignore importance for necessity
Hoping that only their good food would bring out the best in children
And the finest wardrobe will show of their wellbeing
Not being caution of all sort of Worst Attitudes
Believing that the better the school the better they become
Forgetting that only their Coke, Money and Cloth
Is nothing compare to the Charity built in them from home
To Love and to be Loved, To Rape and to be Raped
