Rape Poem by Alexander Downie

Rape

You do not have to penetrate to rape,
you can steal souls with deeds and denial.
You do not have to bludgeon to murder,
you can cut deep wounds with silence.

You do not have to take things to steal,
your theft of masculinity will never heal.
You do not have to hit to inflict pain,
you just have to abuse again and again!
