My heart aches as i see
his handsome face.
he walks right behind
me
but silent are his full
lips.
i smile and wave.
he turns and hides.
his shame like daggers.
i love him with all my
being
he hates me with a
strong passion.
the only emotion i
arouse in him.

i shove my feelings
in a small jar.
a jar that's cracked
and leaking.
no matter how hard i
try.
the icy water of truth
slowly making its way
to reality.

i scream my pain silently.
the pain claws my skin to
stay silent.

the crimson tears tainting
already my broken soul.

new cracks in my flawed
smile.
the pain of the broken
promises made.

all i ask is to love.
to be loved.

my emotion spelt out
in multicolored
ink,
like a rainbow.
