Rain In Spring Poem by Arunesh Goswami

Rain In Spring

Rating: 5.0

And our love has reached the place
From where theres no returning
With the breeze comes the eternal grace
When the sun and nature left me to trace
Beyond my boundless dream.
The winds now have a mild flavour
As the rain showered in spring
The green leaves waving with the higher power
Have left me somewhere in this hour
Beyond my wondrous dream.
Thy life has returned again to the earth
I feel it so vividly this morning
When the cuckoo has awaken my heart
And blown me away, thou its art
Beyond my boundless dream.
The pale love which the spring keeps
Now dances with the green
The wet soils, shrubs and the weeds
Are refreshened, so are the trees & I proceed
Beyond my beauteous dream.
In a new fashion the same old ‘name’
Sounds and is likely to sing
About our love once again
And wraps me to where I pertain
Beyond my boundless dream.
