Quiet Moments Poem by David Harris

Quiet Moments

Rating: 5.0

While sitting in the quiet moments
faces from the past flicker pass,
old loves and friends from a bygone era
mingle together in days gone by.
Some have passed away
and other are simply gone
swallowed up within the mist of time.
None are forgotten for the joy they brought
when the heart was at its lowest ebb.
They remain to be remembered
each day that passes through
when we sit in our quiet moments
for a few second each day.
