Pursuit Poem by David Kent

Pursuit

Rating: 3.5

Her graceful limbs
Moved seductively.

He watched her stand,
Glance about,
Pass the time.

Beauty beheld.

She noticed him not,
Fragile and delicate,
Heart stopping.

His gaze locked,
He shot!
Dead!
A perfect trophy.
